Principal, Strategic Partnerships

Position Summary As Principal, Strategic Partnerships, you will build and lead strategic partnerships on behalf of League and report directly to the SVP of Customer & Partner Ecosystem. You will manage a portfolio of partnerships across system integrators, enterprise technology, and product/ISV segments, with responsibilities for strategy, execution, negotiation/contract management, and relationship management to achieve business objectives. In This Role, You Will Partnership Strategy : Define KPIs, develop execution plans, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver on targets. Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities aligned to League’s platform go‑to‑market segments (focus on payors). Continuously educate and enable partners on League’s value proposition and enable internal teams on new partnerships. Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop `better together` messaging and support commercial teams. Partner with Marketing on joint content‑driven partnership awareness (blogs, podcasts, webinars, case studies). Define and gain alignment on partnership product roadmap and technology integrations. Execution : Deliver on objectives at a high standard, on time, meeting success criteria such as partner‑generated KPI achievement, sales qualified opportunities, and revenue targets. Drive execution end‑to‑end, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain partnership health. Proactively raise and address issues to minimize impact. Partnership Structuring & Negotiation : Define commercial models and negotiate contracts that create lasting win‑win partnerships. Evaluate and prioritize risks, and manage contracts in alignment with partnership strategy. Relationship Management : Develop and nurture relationships at all levels (senior executives, functional teams) and coordinate governance such as QBRs. Ensure partnership health by fostering responsive, collaborative, and trustworthy teams. Security & Compliance : Adhere to League’s Information Security Policies, execute policies and procedures, and report incidents to HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security. We’re Looking For 5+ years of partner or channel development/management, co‑selling, or experience with ISVs, global system integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) or cloud providers (Google, Microsoft, AWS). 5+ years of partner management focused on revenue‑generating KPIs. Experience building partner evaluation frameworks, onboarding new partners, and ongoing post‑launch execution. 7+ years of experience in healthcare or digital health. AI and agentic platform literacy. Nice‑to‑have : Consulting, investment banking, corporate development experience, or MBA. AI‑native platform experience. Entrepreneurial background or experience driving new partner revenue lines at a hyper‑growth organization. Strong understanding of the payor market. AI Fluency & Ways of Working Use AI tools as part of daily workflow to improve productivity, problem‑solving, and decision‑making. Apply judgment and accountability when using AI, reviewing outputs for accuracy, bias, and quality. Continuously learn and adapt as new AI tools emerge, incorporating them into ways of working. Identify opportunities to improve work processes using AI, from personal productivity to team‑level workflows. Operate with strong data responsibility and security awareness, especially with sensitive or regulated information. Compensation (USA Applicants Only) $175,000–$200,000 USD (plus bonus, equity, and benefits). Compensation (Canada Applicants Only) $175,000–$200,000 CAD (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
