Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and family dynamics.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring tailored approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to guide clients through their healing journeys.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions that focus on measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate integrated care and resources for clients.

• Facilitate regular group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote peer connections and community support.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure client safety during challenging times.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to uphold ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records of therapy sessions and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, solidifying your expertise in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
