Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting, therapeutic rapport with clients to create a safe space for open communication and healing.

• Diagnose and evaluate various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, using both individual and group modalities to address issues effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to guide session content and client improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
