Job Summary

Swarts, Manning & Associates, with locations in Nevada, California, and Utah, is seeking applicants for an office receptionist in Las Vegas, NV. This opportunity is designed for individuals that are friendly and welcoming and are ready to take a serious look at a change to an organization eager to help the person meet their goals and build a solid financial future. We are looking for a Receptionist for our office building which consists of multiple businesses. You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine the reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails as well as other tasks as assigned. We prefer candidates who have some experience in an administrative role, but are willing to train the right person.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries and providing basic company information
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
• Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors
• Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
• Excellent organization skills
