Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates from a remote setting, providing flexibility and work-life balance. Although predominantly remote, successful candidates will engage actively with our team and families through virtual meetings, calls, and potentially limited in-person engagements for assessments and evaluations. The community health clinic environment emphasizes collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to address and coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that everyone involved achieves optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children and their families.

• Collaborate with families and professionals to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that reflect the unique needs of each child.

• Monitor child progress as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to deliver tailored support.
\n
• Provide coaching to families in natural environments, facilitating the child’s development through everyday situations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in the delivery of services.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children aged birth to three years who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will not only focus on enhancing their cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills, but also on empowering their families to foster an environment of growth and learning. Your work directly impacts the lives of these children and their families, significantly influencing their developmental trajectories and laying a foundation for future success.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
