Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with therapeutic objectives.

• Provide one-on-one individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, among others.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits, while maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Carefully document client interactions, treatment progress, and maintain accurate records to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions for professional development, sharing insights and learning from peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a broad range of mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and relationship challenges. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients to empower them in managing their symptoms and achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
