Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that encourage client interaction and foster a supportive environment for sharing personal experiences, challenges, and successes.

• Conducting individual therapy where you’ll provide empathetic, individualized counseling tailored to meet clients' unique emotional needs and help them develop actionable coping strategies.

• Developing and managing personalized treatment plans by collaborating directly with clients to identify their specific goals and desired outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and modifying treatment approaches as necessary to ensure continual advancement towards recovery.
