Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC with Pathway Mental Health & Wellness Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection and peer support among clients.

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Creating and collaborating on personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and outcomes through the use of assessment tools and regular feedback sessions.
\n
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets young adults between the ages of 18 and 30, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma-related challenges. Your contribution will be vital in providing a safe and understanding environment where young adults can share their experiences and work towards healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.

• Current LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
