SALTBRUSH IS HIRING — SOUS CHEF
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Saltbrush in Boise.
Our food is ingredient-driven, seasonal and centered around live-fire cooking . We’re looking for someone who loves being in the kitchen, takes pride in the details, and understands that great restaurants are built on consistency, teamwork and genuine hospitality.
The right person will have strong kitchen experience, be comfortable leading a team during service, and be equally willing to jump on the line and get their hands dirty.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong culinary and line experience
• Leadership and communication skills
• High standards for organization, cleanliness and consistency
• An interest in live-fire cooking and quality ingredients
• Someone dependable, positive and hungry to grow
• No ego — just a genuine love of cooking and being part of a great team
This is an opportunity to work closely with Executive Chef George Dufresne and help continue developing the food and kitchen culture at Saltbrush.
