Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions through evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on specific goals and interventions unique to each student's needs.
\n
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team—including educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to ensure cohesive, coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and assist in safety planning for students in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to support the therapeutic process and outcomes.

• Lead psychoeducation groups and support programs, equipping students with the tools they need to navigate their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
