Strategic Client Executive

Managing a strategic book of business, the full-time Strategic Client Executive will serve as the primary contact for large complex payer clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring client retention, and fostering exceptional customer experiences in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain deep client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges Oversee revenue targets, including budgets and forecasts, for the assigned book of business Lead contract negotiations and manage the lifecycle of client renewals while identifying opportunities for growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in client management, particularly in the Payer and BCBS space Proven track record in revenue management and increasing utilization within a strategic client base Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret client financials Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusting relationships and communicate effectively with clients and executive teams
