Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches and client feedback.

• Actively engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and contribute to a holistic treatment approach.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapies, to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals and families dealing with issues such as addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and gender-related challenges. We also emphasize working with child and family dynamics, focusing on parent-child interventions, particularly among high-risk groups. Our approach is sensitive to the unique cultural and social contexts of each client, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current and valid California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Ability to manage complex client situations with multiple variable factors in standardized contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set at $120,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on your experience and the caseload you manage.
