Every conversation you start with a Head of Reward, CHRO, or VP Total Rewards moves a deal closer to revenue. That is the job, and it's measurable from day one.Concretely, you'll:Run 50+ cold calls a day and build outbound sequences that actually get repliesEngage senior HR and Finance leaders at companies between 1,000 and 50,000 employeesQualify inbound demand from marketing, events, and pay equity regulation triggers (EU Pay Transparency Directive, US state laws)Build pipeline alongside Account Executives working complex Fortune 500 dealsExperiment. Test new sequences, new tools, new angles.Every conversation you start moves us - and you - forward.What We Are Looking ForWhat you need to bring:1 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, SDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS or B2B tech preferred, internships count)Strong written English.
