Globe Life AO is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join our growing virtual team as  Remote Client Success Specialists .

In this role, you'll work with new and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, answering questions, providing personalized guidance, and assisting with enrollment and ongoing policy service.

This position combines  customer service, member support, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales  in a fully remote environment.

No previous insurance experience is required.  We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

  Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

You'll serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout their relationship with the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct virtual client consultations through Zoom and phone

• Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits

• Welcome new clients and assist with the enrollment process

• Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy options

• Listen carefully to understand each client's individual needs

• Explain available life insurance and supplemental benefit options clearly

• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations

• Assist clients with applications and required documentation

• Maintain professional and timely follow-up

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Our goal isn't simply to help someone enroll in coverage. It's to build relationships that allow us to continue serving families as their needs change.

You'll provide ongoing assistance with:

• Policy reviews

• Beneficiary updates

• Coverage questions

• Policy and account service requests

• Claims-related guidance

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be physically located in the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Hold or be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate  state insurance license

• Have access to a computer or laptop with webcam capability

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments

• Be willing to participate in required training and professional development

Licensing guidance is provided for candidates who are not currently licensed.
