Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate and decide on appropriate counseling methods and referrals for clients.

• Offering culturally responsive individual and group counseling focused on mental health and substance abuse treatment alongside case management services.

• Collaborating with clients, case managers, and various stakeholding professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely administrative and clinical documentation aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.

• Providing crisis intervention services, as needed, to support clients in urgent situations.

• Participating in case conferences, clinical team meetings, and providing consultations regarding client care as necessary.

• Engaging in both individual and group supervision to promote professional development and refine counseling techniques.

• Completing psychological assessment reports, offering insights on vocational recommendations tailored to client comprehension levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily consist of individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, trauma, and grief. By understanding the diverse backgrounds and challenges faced by clients, you will provide empathetic and personalized care aimed at improving their overall mental well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license such as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, compliant with state regulations.

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
