Key responsibilities Oversee corporate social and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with communications goals Manage an agile content team to produce social-first storytelling and editorial strategy Develop measurement frameworks to connect content performance with brand reputation and engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field 10+ years of experience in digital and social media strategy and content creation Demonstrated expertise in developing corporate social media strategies that drive engagement Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a newsroom or healthcare organization Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration
