Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

Position Overview We are currently hiring an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative who assists and supports our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and placing orders. This person is the front line of support for our customers. Location: Pompano Beach, FL, United States. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Hourly pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. Duties and Responsibilities Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out to answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
