Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to determine their needs and treatment objectives.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care plans.

• Facilitate timely and ethical documentation of all client interactions, treatment goals, and progress to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide case management services, effectively liaising with community resources and professionals to enhance the support offered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will primarily serve a diverse outpatient clientele navigating various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We ask that candidates have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating versatility in working with a variety of presenting issues. Any additional specialized training in therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
