Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and available community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and outlining specific interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop comprehensive safety plans as necessary to stabilize clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and secure.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating spaces where clients can connect, learn, and share experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
