Baesman Group, a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution, is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our business through new client acquisition and strategic relationship development. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. This is a hunter-focused role responsible for developing new opportunities and introducing clients to Baesman's print and marketing solutions. Prospect and develop new business opportunities within target markets Build relationships with decision-makers from marketing teams to procurement Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and challenges Sell solutions, including commercial print, direct mail, and marketing services Manage a consistent pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals Track activity and opportunities in CRM Partner with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the print industry Experience selling commercial print, direct mail, or marketing services Proven ability to prospect and generate new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Established production and support team Growth opportunities Collaborative team environment Financial wellness is about more than just your salary.
