Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel patients by conducting thorough assessments to identify emotional and behavioral problems, implementing effective crisis interventions as needed.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems, involving family members in treatment discussions and discharge planning.

• Maintain open lines of communication with medical professionals regarding patient progress, current treatment needs, concerns, or any emerging issues.

• Accurately document clinical and progress notes to meet departmental standards, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Senior LPC, you will primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, among other mental health conditions. Compensation and Benefits\n
