Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults grappling with substance use disorders, many of whom also face co-occurring mental health challenges. Your empathetic approach will be the cornerstone of building therapeutic relationships, aiding not only in the recovery process but also in restoring hope and stability for patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in substance use disorders, with a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy specifically within addiction treatment contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to patient care.

• Ability to uphold professional boundaries, ethical standards, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and a strong aptitude for using technology in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to qualifying candidates.
