This remote position allows for flexibility and comfort in your working environment while maintaining an active role in patient care through telehealth. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

This role focuses on a diverse patient demographic facing substance use challenges, encompassing various backgrounds and ages. Your expertise in understanding the nuances of addiction will be invaluable as you guide each individual through their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, exhibiting a non-judgmental, empathetic demeanor.

• A commitment to upholding professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a range of computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory, as we support our counselors in adapting to the virtual format. Additionally, experience in leading group therapy sessions and familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques will be highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by potential bonuses. New hires may also benefit from a sign-on bonus.
