The Emergency Department Nurse Director will help lead the 24-hour emergency department at a 300-bed facility , overseeing fast-paced emergency room operations and supporting care for patients with a wide range of urgent, emergent, and high-acuity conditions. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the ER Nurse Director will receive executive support while maintaining responsibility for daily operations, clinical quality, regulatory readiness, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, employee engagement, and strategic planning.
