Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Serve as a crisis counselor, offering immediate intervention and support to those experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard.
