Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to pinpoint clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring tailored service delivery.

• Design and implement individualized service plans that outline clear goals, interventions, and mechanisms for progress monitoring.

• Deliver counseling to individuals and families navigating issues such as mental health crises, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Coordinate closely with clients to create personalized service plans, connecting them with essential community resources.

• Execute crisis intervention protocols, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as situations necessitate.

Qualifications\n
