Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Just Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and you will be expected to offer culturally sensitive care that respects and understands each individual's unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing mental health support, particularly in individual or group counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance coverage. We also offer a 401(k) retirement plan to help you plan for your future.
