National Account Director

Owning the relationship with federal accounts, the full-time National Account Director, Federal Accounts will establish contracting readiness, secure formulary access, and build account architecture for Summit's oncology portfolio, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain senior relationships with VA and DoD leadership to develop national formulary strategies and account plans Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs to address federal-specific evidence needs and maintain the federal account plan Ensure compliance with federal regulations and conduct all activities in accordance with relevant laws and Summit's policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred Minimum 10+ years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience, with at least 5+ years in federal/government accounts Demonstrated ownership of an FSS contract and relationships within VA PBM Services or DHA pharmacy operations Track record of securing national formulary decisions within VA and/or the DoD Uniform Formulary Experience launching a specialty or oncology product into the federal channel
