Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, attending regular meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and share insights.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EMR software to streamline documentation and improve client tracking.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance we place on delivering high-quality mental health services.
