Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing immediate psychological distress or crisis related to addiction.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address the complexities of addiction, ensuring each client receives the highest standard of care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients overcoming addiction, regularly reviewing and updating these plans based on client progress.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and exercises that encourage peer support and insights into addiction recovery.

• Regularly assess and evaluate client progress, utilizing appropriate metrics and feedback to inform necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, with a significant focus on individuals dealing with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a therapist, you will primarily work with adults seeking help for substance use issues, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. You will also engage with family members, providing support and guidance to help strengthen familial relationships impacted by addiction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
