Cumberland Valley School District currently has a 10 month, 8 hours per day, Building Secretary position available.

The essential functions of this position include typing, developing and maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating with students, staff, and the public. This position requires the individual to sit for long periods of time at a computer. The successful applicant will possess understanding of computer application skills, organizational systems, and general clerical skills. Previous office experience is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

If hired for employment, the applicant must be able to submit the following:

1. Criminal Record Check (less than one year old)
2. PA Child Abuse History Clearance (less than one year old)
3. FBI Finger Print Clearance (less than one year old)
4. TB Test/Mantoux (less than 3 months old)
5. Physical - if applicable (less than 1 year old)
