Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home locations, considering their physical and environmental factors that affect mobility.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize diverse therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize a range of equipment and assistive devices in therapy sessions, ensuring patients learn how to effectively use them for maximizing recovery.
• Regularly document patient progress through detailed reports and assessments, adjusting treatment approaches based on observed responses and outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about rehabilitation goals and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.
• Participate in continuous professional development and engage with colleagues in knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated with the latest practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Athletics Full Motion PT, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
