Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Providing direct therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to state and federal regulations.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, each facing unique challenges. Your expertise in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance misuse, and family and couples therapy will enable you to deliver targeted interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards surrounding mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
