Strategic Customer Success Manager, Fintech & Payments

Stripe

Stripe is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales lifecycle for large, global customers. You will partner with the user account team, engage in product, payments, and technical conversations at multiple levels, and act as the customer’s internal advocate to maximize value from Stripe. You will lead post-sale engagement across revenue, retention, and growth, evangelize Stripe customer success processes, and drive expansion opportunities while maintaining trusted #J-18808-Ljbffr Stripe
