Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will serve a diverse patient population, engaging with students facing various mental health challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources that can assist them outside of therapy sessions.

• Staying informed about advancements in mental health research to integrate the latest findings into your clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring that treatment milestones are met and adhering to professional ethical guidelines outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
