Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee scratch cooking in the kitchen
- Manage back of house operations
- Handle food preparation, handling, and sanitation
- Manage restaurant operations efficiently
Required Skills:
- Experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of food management
- Strong cooking skills
- Ability to maintain food safety standards (ServSafe Certified)
- Experience in cost management, ordering, and staffing
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in interviewing and purchasing
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
