Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Perform detailed assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based interventions and continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations and teamwork with other therapists and healthcare providers to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation concerning client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a wide array of backgrounds, presenting issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a therapist, your insights and therapeutic interventions will play a critical role in fostering personal growth, healing, and improved interpersonal relationships for these individuals and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
\n
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
\n
• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
\n
• Experience in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and advocacy for social justice within mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with family systemic therapy and couples counseling is highly desirable.

• A background in community mental health services will be considered an asset.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is advantageous for providing seamless remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
