Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, leveraging the advantages of telehealth technology to connect with clients through video conferencing. You can expect a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the unique needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that focus on their specific therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families by utilizing a combination of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other applicable techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health concerns, providing patients with a sense of community and shared understanding.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping yourself with strategies to support clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and empowering their self-advocacy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards through our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
