Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive assessments to identify the unique mental health needs and challenges of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on resilience building, personal growth, and skill development.

• Facilitate sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the client's specific circumstances.

• Create comprehensive safety, crisis intervention, and wellness plans that prioritize client stability and promote overall health.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with clinic policies and state licensing regulations.

• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
