Role Description This full-time Customer Service Representative role is a hybrid position based in Glendale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing orders and returns, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and ensuring timely follow-up on open issues. The role involves working closely with sales, technical support, and operations teams to resolve complex customer needs and maintain high service standards. The successful candidate will focus on delivering a positive customer experience, supporting customer education on Tramex products, and contributing to continuous improvement in service processes.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to interact professionally with diverse clients.
• Experience promoting Customer Satisfaction in Customer Service Representative roles or similar positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product information in clear, accessible language.
• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems, basic data entry, and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing).
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints in a hybrid work environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales and technical support.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or prior experience in technical or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Comfort with learning product features and industry terminology related to building inspection and moisture measurement.
