Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, assessing mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and therapeutic goals, employing a blend of manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education.
• Implement treatment interventions that may include therapeutic exercises, passive and active range of motion exercises, postural training, and functional training to promote mobility and independence.
• Regularly track, document, and analyze progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Advise and train patients, caregivers, and family members on best practices and techniques for home care and rehabilitation efforts beyond the facility.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy through workshops, seminars, and literature, applying new knowledge to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.

• Ability to adapt to various situations and demonstrate flexibility in treatment approaches to meet diverse patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation or home care settings.
• Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and rehabilitation equipment, with the ability to recommend and fit devices as required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our robust benefits package includes:
