Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.

As an LPC at Bournewood, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in individual, couple, and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000–90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide support for billing and documentation, reducing your administrative workload.
