Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and professional experience to independently assess and diagnose psychosocial issues for our patients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that are both effective and achievable, addressing their specific needs and aspirations.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to promote positive behavioral change.

• Engage in systematic communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals within the network, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient care that encompasses all aspects of health.

• Monitor and assess patient progress through regular evaluations, both virtual and in-person, tracking treatment responses and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.

• Support and monitor psychotropic medication management under the guidance of medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from varied backgrounds and may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health issues. Your ability to understand and empathize with these diverse experiences will be key in providing effective support and fostering trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist in a mental health setting, demonstrating skills in client assessment and treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

While one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings or integrated care models will stand out. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices is advantageous, as these tools are essential for efficient patient management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on performance metrics. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
