seeking a personable and organized Client Experience Coordinator to join our Boston team.

In this role, you will help ensure that every client interaction is professional, welcoming, and well coordinated. You will work closely with team members to support day-to-day client needs, maintain clear communication, and contribute to an exceptional overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients.
• Assist with client inquiries and provide clear, accurate information.
• Coordinate client interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Build positive relationships and help maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
• Communicate client needs and feedback to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain organized and accurate client information.
• Support daily operations and collaborate with internal teams.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Represent Catch Vibe Voice with professionalism and a positive attitude.
