Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess and identify the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients to provide a solid foundation for treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate, guide, and support clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote long-term recovery and resilience.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to reflect changing needs or improvements.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay updated with the latest research on mood disorders and treatment methodologies to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to foster collaboration and growth.

This role primarily focuses on supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
