Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Precious Health Valley, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions with couples and families, both jointly and individually.
\n
• Formulating tailored treatment plans to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, alcohol abuse, and adjustment challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and develop coping strategies.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely through our digital platform.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients, aiding them in navigating difficult life transitions and enhancing their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, including:

• Couples facing difficulties in their relationships.

• Individuals struggling with grief, loss, job stress, and health issues.
\n
• Families dealing with dynamics such as blended families, separations, and conflicts.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
