Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform accurate psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing clients’ specific mental health needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate client progress and foster positive outcomes.

• Conduct both individual and family therapy sessions, with attention given to flexible scheduling to accommodate clients’ needs, including evenings and weekends when appropriate.

• Monitor and evaluate client responses to therapy, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to meet clearly defined goals.

• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary professionals, including psychologists, primary care physicians, and school personnel, to deliver comprehensive and integrated care plans.

• Assist in monitoring and administration of prescribed psychotropic medications, emphasizing treatment adherence and discussing potential side effects with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with students and their families in various school settings, providing support for a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a LCSW in Texas.
