Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique backgrounds, goals, and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ensuring each client's needs are prioritized.

• Provide support and therapeutic intervention for individuals experiencing issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders.

• Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that may include other mental health professionals, social workers, and healthcare providers to provide comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• An active California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse populations and a commitment to fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client engagement and documentation.
