Qualifications include:

• Successful completion of at least 48 college semester units, or an Associate’s degree (AA/AS)
• Ability to pass a background and fingerprint clearance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both students and school staff
• Demonstrated patience and a student-centered approach to supporting diverse learners

In this role, you will:

• Provide instructional support to students, both individually and in small groups, under the direction of classroom teachers
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
• Help create a nurturing environment where each student is encouraged to participate and succeed
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive, orderly learning space
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the educational team
