Human Resources Coordinator

Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, a global pharmaceutical client in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ Somerset County, NJ

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 hourly w2

Duration: 6 months, with likely extension

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week, primarily Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Hours: Primarily 37.5 hours per week, with occasional additional hours required for HR events and special projects

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple Human Resources functions and initiatives. This position will support both local and global HR programs and work closely with HR teams, senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support across HR Centers of Excellence.
• Support HR initiatives, projects and events including Benefits, Inclusion and Diversity, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition and employee programs.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events and activities across in-person, virtual and hybrid environments.
• Manage calendars, registrations, invitations, shared mailboxes and related communications.
• Coordinate event logistics including meeting space, catering, room setup, A/V, materials, supplies, guest access and participant coordination.
• Prepare, update and maintain HR documents, presentations, job aids, manuals and other materials. Proofread and edit documents as needed.
• Manage purchase orders and accruals and track expenditures.
• Maintain accurate records, distribution lists and spreadsheets and prepare reports as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Support special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, management and internal or external stakeholders preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines and work within established budgets.
• Must be local to the Somerset County, NJ area and able to work onsite approximately 3 days per week. Additional onsite hours may occasionally be required for HR events or special projects.
